$RLC This round of incremental gains has shifted from “recovering after a pullback” to “closing back above the prior high,” but after a one-hour surge and retracement, we still can’t confirm a new plateau on that basis alone; I’m not chasing it in the short term. Binance USD-M’s full contract scan at 14:00:42 covered 523 eligible trading pairs, and RLC ranked first at the time, with a rolling 24-hour gain of +132.017%, price at 0.8696, and USDT-quoted trading volume of 832.22m. Compared with the 13:05 snapshot released before the earlier article, which showed +108.253%, 0.7747, and 734.00m, the gain increased by 23.764 percentage points, the scan price rose 12.25%, and 24-hour quoted trading volume increased 13.38%. A rescan at 14:14:39 still ranked first, with gains of +133.104% and scan price of 0.8809; the full scan before publication at 14:16:02 still ranked first, with gains of +136.270% and scan price of 0.8931. The short-term readings swinging back and forth also suggest volatility remains high. This has already clearly exceeded the repeated-threshold level for the same coin.

More importantly, the structure has changed: the full hour from 13:00 to 14:00 opened at 0.7489, hit a high of 0.9450, and closed at 0.8669, breaking above the previously observed high of 0.7888, but closing about 8.3% below the hourly high. USDT-quoted contract trading volume for that hour was 104.53m, 2.42 times the previous hour’s 43.12m. Price and volume expanded together, confirming increased volatility and that the old high was surpassed, but this still cannot distinguish net aggressive buying from selling; the upper wick also shows some profit-taking at higher levels.

Position evidence still does not provide direction: the OI sample was about 25.58 million units at 12:00 and about 26.47 million units at 13:00, an increase of 3.51%; the 14:00 settled funding rate was about -0.0608%. An increase in OI does not mean net long opening, and a negative funding rate does not necessarily mean a short squeeze. The new hourly candle after 14:00 had not yet completed at the time, and the 4-hour candle had not closed either.

The iExec official roadmap checked as of 14:01 does not match this round’s timing, and no synchronized announcement has been verified yet; therefore, this analysis focuses on market structure and does not treat the old roadmap as a catalyst. The next observation point is whether the subsequent full hour can hold above 0.7888 and still show support after volume eases; if it closes back below that level, the recovery of the prior high lacks continuation evidence. The above price levels are for observation only, not trading instructions. #RLC
