The most attractive risk-to-reward setups often appear near the end of a move, and the current chart for $BTR is showing signs of just that. Take a look: from the daily chart down to the 1-hour chart, the moving averages are all bearishly aligned, and price has stayed below them. The broader trend, swing trend, and short-term trend are all pointing in the same direction. Some may ask: after such a big drop, can we still short? Objectively speaking, price has moved quite far from the 1-hour moving average, so a bounce is possible—I don’t deny that.

But a bounce and a reversal are two different things. Until the trend changes, a bounce is more like an opportunity to open a short. The key is whether the moving averages above can hold as resistance. If they do, the downtrend structure remains intact. At a level like this, I’d rather wait for a bounce to enter than chase price.
