Binance will distribute dividends from Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Oracle Corporation (ORCL) via bStocks to users holding MRVLB and ORCLB balances. After applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other charges are deducted, the net cash dividends will be reinvested in additional whole or fractional units of the same underlying securities. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of MRVLB and ORCLB stock tokens.
Users holding MRVLB and ORCLB balances on-chain will receive bStocks dividends through a multiplier adjustment.
Eligibility:
Users holding MRVLB or ORCLB at the snapshot time of October 9, 2026, 08:00 (UTC+8) will receive stock dividends.
General Information
Trading for ORCLB/USDT and MRVLB/USDT will not be affected.
At 07:30 (UTC+8) on October 9, 2026, token conversion services for the 1:1 conversion between MRVL stock and MRVLB bStocks, and between ORCL stock and ORCLB bStocks, will be suspended.
At 07:30 (UTC+8) on October 9, 2026, deposits and withdrawals of MRVLB and ORCLB tokens will be suspended. Please allow sufficient time before then to complete your MRVLB and ORCLB token deposits.
Deposits, withdrawals, and token conversion services for ORCLB and MRVLB will resume after the distribution is complete, with no further announcement.
Dividends earned on assets held in other accounts will be credited to your Spot Account, including, but not limited to, Savings and Margin accounts.
Binance will assist users with all technical issues involved.
Stock dividends are stated after deduction of withholding tax.
