• First formation of a bearish EMA alignment (EMA5<EMA8<EMA13, not true on the previous candle)
• Additional confirmation: ADX(7) > 25 confirms the trend + increased volume (volume ratio > 1.2)
② Weekly (confirmation layer): EMA5<EMA8<EMA13 and DIF < 0
Only when both layers point in the same direction (bearish on both the daily and weekly timeframes) is it considered confluence.
Confluence signals are more reliable than single-timeframe signals—the same direction across multiple timeframes indicates trend consensus.
