$RLC RLC shot up 89% in one go, while $NFP got cut in half, then cut in half again—down 65%. This market is wildly divided.
First, RLC: when I spotted unusual activity around 0.68, I didn’t dare chase it. Now I’m kicking myself. But looking at it calmly, a trading volume of 37.6M honestly isn’t that high. When a small-cap coin suddenly takes off like this, either the project team is up to something or a whale is controlling the market. If you chase it, you’ll probably get trapped—it’s not an opportunity, it’s a trap.
As for NFP falling this hard, honestly, I’ve seen it plenty of times. That’s how meme coins are: they go crazy on the way up and even crazier on the way down. A 65% drop means that if you bought in this morning, by the afternoon you’d have only a third left. Buy the dip on a coin like this? Forget it. The bottom you think you’re seeing might have another basement below it.
The other coins—PYR, VANRY, and VIC—are all plunging by 30% to 60%, which shows that risk appetite is very low right now and money is pulling out.
BTC is down slightly today, by 0.85%, but it’s holding above 85,500, and funding is still positive, so it’s not a big concern.
In this extremely divided market, my view is: don’t try to catch falling knives. Coins that are soaring or crashing are all traps in the short term. Let’s see what happens once market sentiment stabilizes. Can the bulls hold on?
