Using U.S. stocks as collateral is certainly a good thing, and it’s convenient for many people who hold U.S. stocks and want to buy crypto. But crypto prices are extremely volatile, and if extreme market conditions cause your entire account to be liquidated, the losses would be huge.
Personally, I prefer to keep things separate to avoid being liquidated during extreme market conditions. #QQQ $BTC $ETH
