XRP Treasury Company Evernorth Completes SPAC Merger
473 million XRP is moving into the public markets.
Evernorth has completed its merger with SPAC company Armada Acquisition Corp. II after shareholders approved the transaction.
The deal is expected to close on October 7, with the combined company scheduled to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker “XRPN” on October 8.
The transaction includes:
👉 Around $300 million in expected cash proceeds
👉 Approximately $225 million from private placements
👉 An expected treasury of around 473 million XRP
👉 One of the largest publicly traded XRP treasury companies
Evernorth’s strategy goes beyond simply holding XRP.
The company plans to focus on XRP ecosystem participation, infrastructure investment and treasury management, with the goal of expanding XRP’s role in institutional finance.
