#BTC After surging, the price pulled back—is this a shakeout or a top? Bitcoin just surged to $86,976 before meeting resistance and pulling back. It’s now trading around $86,073. This move coincided with three major developments: 📌 Bitcoin spot ETFs saw $6.34 billion in net inflows in Q3 📌 The odds of a Fed rate hike in October fell to 17% 📌 BTC met resistance and pulled back after testing $87,000 There’s plenty of positive news, but the price still couldn’t hold above $87,000. Looking at the chart, the long upper wick left after the surge shows that there was significant selling pressure near $87,000. For now, though, I’m more inclined to view this pullback as: A shakeout during an uptrend, rather than a near-term top. Why? On the one hand, institutional money continues to flow in, providing ongoing support for BTC from long-term investors. On the other hand, the current macro environment hasn’t deteriorated significantly. The price has now pulled back to test moving-average support around $86,000. The key thing to watch next is how well this level holds. As long as $85,800 isn’t decisively broken, this short-term pullback looks more like a shakeout within the broader uptrend. What we really need to watch out for is a change in market structure if support fails. So there’s no need to rush to a conclusion just yet— A pullback after a surge doesn’t necessarily mean we’ve hit a top; it could also be building momentum for the next breakout.

October 5 | BTC, ETH, SOL intraday outlook

It’s Monday’s market open, so let’s start with a quick look at today’s market rhythm.

BTC saw a fairly clear rebound yesterday, but the short-term momentum is now starting to cool. I’m not chasing the rally at this level for now. I’ll continue to treat this as a range-bound market and wait for the price to reach key areas before making a move.

$BTC

Right now, I’m focused on the broad 83,000–87,000 range.

If the price pushes above 87,000 again, especially if it approaches 87,500 but struggles to hold there, I’ll be watching more closely for a pullback from higher levels.
On the other hand, if the price returns to around 84,000–83,000 and we see clear support, I’d be more inclined to consider buying the dip.

If 83,000 is decisively broken, don’t rush to buy the dip. The next area to watch is 81,500–80,000.

So BTC is pretty straightforward right now:

Watch for resistance on the way up, and look for support on the way down.

I’m still bullish in the medium term, and my 90,000–95,000 target remains unchanged. But there’s no need to take on a large pullback just to chase a little more upside in the short term.

$ETH

ETH is still oscillating around 2,700.

To the downside, I’ll be watching 2,670–2,650, followed by 2,630.

If it’s just a normal pullback and the price finds support at these levels, I may consider buying in gradually. If 2,630 is decisively broken, I’ll stand aside for now and look next at 2,600–2,560.

To the upside, I’m watching 2,750–2,800.

ETH looks like it’s waiting for a breakout direction. Until it breaks out, I’d rather sell high and buy low than chase the candlesticks.

$SOL

SOL’s structure is still relatively stronger for now.

If it pulls back, 119–116 is the area I’m most interested in today.
If 116 holds, we can continue to look for a rebound.

To the upside, first watch 123 and 125, then 128.

If it really rallies above 128, start watching out for short-term profit-taking. It wouldn’t be wise to chase blindly at that point.

To sum up for today:

BTC: Look for support around 83K; watch for resistance above 87K
ETH: Look for support around 2.63K; watch for resistance at 2.75K–2.8K
SOL: Look for support at 116–119; watch for resistance at 125–128

In a market like this, the biggest risk isn’t missing an opportunity—it’s forcing a trade when you don’t have a good entry.

I’d rather wait for the price to return to a planned zone before taking action.

ETH rose about 70% in the third quarter, but buy and sell orders have thinned out. 👀

According to CoinGecko data, $ETH order book depth has fallen to around 35%–45% of $BTC . With fewer orders on the books, the same-sized trade could cause a bigger price swing—pushing prices up quickly, but potentially sending them tumbling even faster.

A strong rally is great, but it’s also worth watching whether buyers step in during a pullback. I’ll wait for ETH to move out of its current consolidation range and try to resist the urge to chase the rally.

🚨 BLACKROCK BOUGHT.

BUT BITCOIN ETFs STILL SAW OUTFLOWS.

Latest completed session:

₿ BTC ETFs → -$89.8M

But look underneath 👇

🟢 IBIT → +$69.9M
🔴 FBTC → -$74.5M
🔴 ARKB → -$85.2M

Same Bitcoin.

Same day.

Very different institutional behavior.

That matters more than
the headline -$89.8M number.

Because the real question isn’t:

“Did ETFs see inflows or outflows?”

It’s:

WHO IS BUYING
WHILE OTHERS ARE SELLING?

Meanwhile:

₿ BTC → ~$85.6K
📈 U.S. 10Y → ~5.32%
📉 ETH ETFs → -$18.9M
📊 Nasdaq → near record highs

And BTC was rejected near $87K again.

So we now have three divergences:

① Stocks strong, BTC lagging

② Total ETF outflows, but IBIT inflows

③ BTC rejected, but local lows rising

Core variable:

INSTITUTIONAL CONVICTION.

Now I’m watching:

💰 Whether IBIT keeps attracting capital
₿ BTC finally clearing $87K
📈 U.S. 10Y yields
💰 Whether total ETF flows turn positive again

👇 Your take?

JUST FUND ROTATION 🟢

or

INSTITUTIONAL DISTRIBUTION 🔴?

#BTC After surging, the price pulled back—is this a shakeout or a top?

Bitcoin just surged to $86,976 before meeting resistance and pulling back. It’s now trading around $86,073.

This move coincided with three major developments:

📌 Bitcoin spot ETFs saw $6.34 billion in net inflows in Q3
📌 The odds of a Fed rate hike in October fell to 17%
📌 BTC met resistance and pulled back after testing $87,000

There’s plenty of positive news, but the price still couldn’t hold above $87,000.

Looking at the chart, the long upper wick left after the surge shows that there was significant selling pressure near $87,000.

For now, though, I’m more inclined to view this pullback as:

A shakeout during an uptrend, rather than a near-term top.

So there’s no need to rush to a conclusion just yet—
A pullback after a surge doesn’t necessarily mean we’ve hit a top; it could also be building momentum for the next breakout.

🚀 SpaceX Through the Eyes of Top Investors: A Long-Term Asset for the Future

SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) has reached a pivotal milestone that could reshape its business model! During Starship’s 14th integrated flight test (Flight 14), the company successfully deployed 26 Starlink V3 satellites into orbit.

For the capital markets, this is more than an engineering triumph—it means Starship is rapidly becoming a revenue-generating tool with significant commercial value.

📌 Key Takeaways
* Commercial-Class Payload Capacity Proven 📦
The 26 Starlink V3 satellites launched on this mission weighed approximately 52 tonnes in total. That not only exceeds the Space Shuttle’s low Earth orbit payload limit, but also amounts to roughly half of Starship V3’s designed payload capacity.

* Directly Strengthens the Core Business 🌐
Each V3 satellite is designed to deliver downlink capacity of 1 Tbps. This mission effectively added ~26 Tbps of network capacity to Starlink in a single launch, directly bolstering its connectivity business, worth tens of billions of dollars.

* Opens Up Possibilities for “Orbital Computing” 💻
Beyond satellite communications, Starship’s exceptionally low launch cost per kilogram is also a key foundation for making orbital AI data centers a reality.

* A Clear-Eyed View of the Technical Challenges ⚠️
One engine shut down prematurely during ascent, and neither the booster nor the upper stage was recovered on this mission. But in light of the first successful orbital deployment, these are manageable costs of technical iteration.

📊 Wall Street’s View
Wall Street currently maintains a “Strong Buy” consensus rating on SPCX:
* 27 analysts recommend Buy 🟢
* 4 recommend Hold 🟡
* 2 recommend Sell 🔴
* Average price target: $235.10 (an estimated upside of approximately 40%)
————————————————————————
💡 Our Investor View (GI):
> “Don’t get too caught up in fluctuations such as engine shutdowns or short-term lockup expirations. Buy SPCX now, and ten years from now, when your children witness the orbital era ushered in by Starship, they’ll thank you for your foresight today.”
