Jiahao’s Tuesday Market Outlook
Yesterday, the market saw wide-ranging fluctuations overall, with intense tug-of-war between buyers and sellers. After a slight rise during the daytime session, selling pressure gradually emerged at higher levels, weighing on the market and pushing prices back down. Prices briefly dipped to test support, but the support zone below held firm, preventing a breakdown.
Today, the market has continued to fluctuate within a range during the daytime session. Prices made a slight rebound in the morning to test resistance above, but upward momentum was weak and the rally lacked staying power. Prices have repeatedly moved around the midpoint of the range, and intraday volatility has narrowed somewhat compared with yesterday.
On the 4-hour chart, the market remains in a sideways range, with candlesticks continuing to move back and forth within the range. The current price is hovering near the moving averages, while the short- and long-term averages are converging—a typical feature of a ranging market. Indicators are oscillating around the middle zone, neither entering overbought territory nor reaching oversold levels. This reflects a balance between buyers and sellers, with no clear one-way trend for now.
For trading, continue to focus on short-term moves. I’m not expecting a major breakout at this point.
Bitcoin: Go long near 85,500, with a target of 87,000. If the upward move fails to continue, reverse and go short.
Ethereum: Go long near 2,680, with a target of 2,730. If the upward move fails to continue, reverse and go short.
