Prices have not broken down decisively, but leverage has already started to unwind. $BTC is around $85,974, still slightly above the 1-hour EMA20/50 at approximately $85,791/$85,577. However, open interest is down 3.74% over 24 hours, and the funding rate has turned slightly negative at around -0.0019%. This suggests yesterday’s crowded positioning at the highs has eased; the market currently looks more like sideways consolidation after deleveraging than a broad-based short squeeze.

Over the same period, $ETH open interest fell just 0.34%, and it remains above the 1-hour EMA20 at around $2,712, making its structure temporarily stronger than $BNB ’s. BNB rallied to 811 last night before retreating to 786, breaking below yesterday’s 791 false-breakout warning level. Its funding rate also remains around 0.0098%, so the recovery in long positions is not yet complete.

Today, first watch whether BTC can hold the 85,500–85,800 range. Holding there and reclaiming 86,400 would restore the conditions for a push toward 86,980. A break below 85,500 would put 84,900 in focus. BNB needs to reclaim 791–794; otherwise, any rebound should still be treated as a failure. #BTC #BNB #MarketOverview
