My instinct about this asset, $ENA , is that it’s one of the few tokens in this market cycle that’s “trading time for upside.” But instinct needs to be tested: a nearly 50% gain over 30 days while the weekly chart is still down 3.21% points either to a strong shakeout or to a rally nearing exhaustion.

Let’s start with the data from September 20: the price jumped from 0.168 to 0.204, accompanied by 778M in trading volume. That price-volume action suggests this isn’t just a pure narrative-driven pump. After peaking at 0.271, it pulled back on declining volume to 0.232 without breaking down completely. What does that tell us? Buyers are still there. The price is now back above 0.25, but volume hasn’t fully come in yet. The real test is 0.267: a high-volume breakout would mean the week-long correction is over; if it only edges through on low volume, floating supply will most likely keep building up.

Those eager to get in should wait for this signal: $ENA is currently just 8% away from the $0.27 level, but still 84% below its ATH. It’s unrealistic to expect an asset like this to recover to its previous high on fundamentals alone in the short term. Ranked 38th by market cap, it has plenty of liquidity. What traders are doing is more about “building inventory in this range” than telling a story.

I won’t make a rigid call on direction. The conditions that would invalidate my view are clear: if it falls below $0.236, the September 23 low, in the next 48 hours, the time frame for accumulation would be upended. If you’re going long near the top of the range, you have to treat 5% volatility as normal. When you buy it, are you clear on whether you’re trading the news, trading the momentum, or waiting for a key shift in liquidity?
