For the short term, I’m cautious on $RLC : it remains at the top of this market-wide gainers list, but price action has shifted from an accelerating climb to a pullback from elevated levels. Its ranking makes it worth watching, but doesn’t mean it’s suitable to chase.

At 05:02 Beijing time, a full scan of 523 Binance USDT-margined perpetual contracts ranked RLCUSDT No. 1, up 81.415% over 24 hours. After this was written at 05:13, two more scans still ranked it No. 1: at 05:13:19 it was up 79.983% at 0.6501, and at 05:13:44 it was up 79.873% at 0.6497. Compared with the 04:00 scan, when it was up 90.404% at 0.6885, both the rolling gain and price have fallen. Contract market data at 05:07 showed a 24-hour high of 0.7396 and a current price of 0.6513, about 11.9% below the high. The rolling window changes as older trades drop out, so a decline in the gain should not be equated directly with net selling.

Looking at the completed hourly candle, the 04:00–05:00 candle closed at 0.6427, down about 6.57% from its open of 0.6879. Quote-volume turnover was about $39.16 million, below the previous hour’s roughly $44.32 million. Over the same period, open interest fell from about 20.998 million coins to 20.154 million, a decline of roughly 4.02%. This coincided with the pullback, but OI does not distinguish between long and short positions and cannot, on its own, prove long liquidations or position closures. The estimated funding rate at 05:07 was -0.009526% per period; the settled value at 04:00 was -0.035662%. Estimates and settled values are measured differently, and a negative funding rate is not a reversal signal.

This is an incremental update to the RLC article published at 02:08 (ID 374097861478612). The earlier article discussed the rally and OI expansion during 00:00–02:00; this one adds the pullback after the 03:00–05:00 high, the hourly close, and the decline in OI. The complete 4-hour candle from 00:00 to 04:00 was still up about 25.9%, showing that the longer window remains strong, but that doesn’t erase the weakness in the most recent hour. No new announcement from the iExec official blog was found during this move, so the price action is not being attributed to a catalyst.

Going forward, only if the next completed hourly candle recovers to around 0.6879 and OI stops falling would there be confirmation of short-term stabilization. If price breaks below 0.6332, the previous hour’s low would give way and the pullback would still be continuing. These are conditions to watch, not predictions or trading instructions. The current figures are from Binance’s public USD-M API, as of 05:09 Beijing time; market conditions continue to change.
