Is new positioning really following this $BNB move?

As of 01:05 Beijing time on October 6, Binance's $BNB spot price was 786.41 USDT, while OKX quoted 786.40.

The 15-minute, 1-hour, and 4-hour changes were +0.05%, +0.02%, and -0.50%, respectively. 1-hour trading volume was about 1.09 times the median of the last 20 intervals; OI fell 0.17% over one hour, and the funding rate was +0.0082%.

Price, volume, and positioning have yet to form a one-sided convergence, so for now it may be more appropriate to watch the range. Another interpretation is that after both sides adjusted their positions, one side temporarily gained the upper hand in the short term. Public OI data alone cannot tell us which side is more active.

785.51 below and 809.99 above are the current structural boundaries. 809.99 is the upside confirmation level, and 785.51 is the downside confirmation level. If the price returns to the middle of the range, the short-term directional view is invalidated; continue waiting for the closing price to provide an answer.

This is an observation of public market data only and does not constitute investment advice.
