You can no longer change the referral code linked to an old Binance account. The old workaround is gone—you can only add a referral code. A lot of people put it off before and have now missed a great opportunity.
Option 1: If you haven’t traded in three months, just contact me and I can help add a referral code.
1. You must not have used a referral code before.
2. Your trading volume over the past three months must be less than 5,000.
3. If you meet the requirements for adding a referral code, enter this code: XX2026
During the 30-day assessment period, you need a futures trading volume of 150,000 to qualify.

Option 2: If your trading volume is high and you’ve traded more than $5,000 in the past three months, you can’t add a referral code. I recommend registering a new account using a family member’s identity. The fees are honestly quite steep, so the sooner you link a code, the sooner you save.
Option 3: If you don’t even remember when you registered, and you joined through someone else’s link or a promotion at the time, that code may not have had referral commission enabled. In that case, you’ll also have to register a new account.
