For those in the livestream who were told to open a short at the current price, you can place your stop-loss above this morning’s high. It’s okay if your stop gets hit; that would mean there’s a very high chance the price will break above the previous high. Wait for a strong breakout above that high, then enter a long after the pullback. As long as it can’t break above the previous high, it should still come back down. Enter the long after it does!
Today’s pullback had little momentum, which shows the bulls are still relatively strong. That means this morning’s high could easily be broken. Brothers who want to take an aggressive short at this level should use a small position and add only after the price breaks through the resistance above. Why consider shorting? Because the weekly chart is showing divergence and a pullback is due. The only concern is that the market makers might make one last strong push upward to trigger stop-losses or liquidate a wave of shorts before the price comes back down.
