At 20:00 (UTC+8) on October 5, Binance Co-CEO Richard Teng and Vice President of Product Jeff Li officially launched Binance Intelligence during a livestream on Binance Square. It’s a suite of AI products built into the Binance app, comprising Binance AI, Binance AI Pro, and Binance Agent OS.

Binance AI is free for all users, with access rolling out in phases from October 5. It’s available on the new “For You” page, whose modules automatically adapt to each user’s holdings, followed assets, and frequently used products. The layouts differ for spot, futures, and U.S. stock users. Features include Market Brief, updated every four hours and covering crypto, U.S. stocks, and macroeconomics in both text and audio; Smart Tool Tips, which appear based on users’ level of familiarity; and components such as Smart Alert and PnL Recap.

Binance AI Pro is designed as a financial agent: describe an idea in one sentence, and it generates a visual strategy and flowchart that can be edited module by module on desktop, with no coding required. AI Pro will roll out in phases from the second half of October. The Basic plan includes a monthly free allowance for querying and previewing strategies; Premium costs 19.99 $USDC per month and unlocks live trading, paper trading, and model selection. Live strategies run in a separate sub-account, which users must fund manually. The agent cannot transfer funds on its own, and users must confirm every execution.

The underlying Binance Agent OS launched in August. Built for developers and quant teams, it supports the Binance API, wallets, x402 payments, and the MCP protocol, and now handles more than 280,000 calls per day.
