O Competition bonus: check your remaining quota first

The first Binance O Competition runs from September 30 at 21:00 to October 7 at 21:00 Beijing time. Rankings are based on eligible purchase volume, with 92 O awarded to each of the top 2,000 participants. Rewards are not first come, first served. This article only checks the calculation formula; it does not recommend trading more.

The official formula is: actual volume × early-bird multiplier + the lesser of (actual volume, remaining newcomer quota) × 1.2. Suppose you qualify as a newcomer, your actual eligible purchase volume is 100 USDT, your remaining quota is 40 USDT, and the applicable early-bird multiplier is 1.5. The counted volume would be 150 + 48 = 198 USDT; it would not be 100 × 1.5 × 1.2 = 180. Purchases after your quota is used up no longer receive the newcomer bonus. These figures are hypothetical and are not recommended trading amounts or expected returns.

The early-bird multiplier is 1.5 until October 5 at 21:00, then drops to 1.3. Newcomer eligibility is based on a snapshot taken three days before the event starts: you must have won fewer than three previous competitions. Your region, eligibility, and quota are determined by what is shown on your account’s event page.

Go to the O Competition event page in the Binance App and tap Join first. Then make eligible purchases through a keyless wallet or Alpha. Sales, third-party dApps, cross-chain transactions, and Alpha swaps do not count. Check your eligibility and quota first, then review your existing activity records.

Trading fees, on-chain fees, slippage, and price fluctuations are real costs. Low liquidity can magnify losses. An asset appearing in Alpha does not guarantee that it will be listed on the spot market. Do not trade just to increase your bonus volume.
