Aha, you little fish 🐟 have you already seen the amount of analysis, interpretations, and predictions that people make about the chart—so many folks bet that the market will be bullish or bearish? So then, are you going to keep believing any smooth-talking salesperson who comes along telling you to invest in this or that coin or stock, or that hands you signals to follow? If it were up to me, I’d create a theory to help identify them: "By their actions you will know them." Yes, those same salespeople try to predict, with their supposed amount of knowledge, whether an asset will go up or down. However, this topic is very deep, and I can break it down for you in a second part

They say that to be a professional trader, you have to be among the top 5% of traders worldwide. And mind you, I don’t mean being one of “the best,” just being one of the profitable traders. That was another golden rule I learned when I started studying trading in the world of cryptocurrencies and financial assets in general. Therefore, if someone wants to prove they’re not a scammer, they have to show you real results. They have to show you an in-depth analysis that quantifies the money invested weekly, monthly, and yearly, so you can see whether those figures are in the black or in the red, and whether they really turn into an asset.

Nowadays, there are knowledge-linked assets, with knowledge being the most precious resource and one that keeps growing in value. Ah, but how do you measure or quantify it? That’s the tricky part, and why it has so little impact in practice. Wow, it seems there’s no clear way to prove when someone has a lot of knowledge. As my profile says: "The future is uncertain, but predicting expands your knowledge".

And if there is one, there’s a golden rule that gives you control when you trade, and that translates into knowledge

Now I want someone to teach me technical analysis so I can see how much it helps and how many analyses fail. Or do I have to read the Bible of technical analysis and financial markets to learn on my own and tell you whether it works or not? I haven’t seen any of the people who claim to be profitable explain—clearly enough to be understood—how they actually trade to achieve that. Another golden rule: everyone comes up with their own strategy. So why do we tire ourselves out reading and learning from every analysis people post out there?

Since 70% of trading orders worldwide are placed by bots, the market has become either highly volatile, prone to sharp vertical moves, or, in the worst cases, bearish. Liquidity is the big dilemma that always needs to be solved, and you can no longer identify it simply by looking for long wicks; ever since trading bots started operating on a large scale, that’s a thing of the past. So, what is liquidity? Are beginners the liquidity? I see a lot of people wanting to trade, but first they need to get a lot of education and gain real knowledge.

How do you like that, fried fish? Let’s show them we really did study.

That’s why so many people hate trading: any charlatan comes along and tells you how to do it or what to invest in, and in the end, nothing turns out the way they promised
