Family, after looking at this BTC 24H liquidation heatmap, for the short term I’m leaning toward: first range/sideways with a pullback, then probing upward. We still can’t treat it as a one-way downtrend.
The chart is pretty clear. BTC has been pushed from around 85K up to above 87K, which shows the bulls still have short-term support. Now that price is falling back, it looks more like digesting the previous pump.
What’s truly worth watching is the liquidity on both sides: around 87.3K–88K on top, liquidation liquidity is noticeably dense—especially above 87K, where there’s a stronger short liquidation zone. Below, around 85.3K–85.8K, there’s also a fair amount of long liquidity stacked up.
That means the most taboo thing right now is seeing one bearish candle and immediately chasing a short.
My plan is simple: hold 85.3K–85.8K → focus on the rebound; first watch 87K. If it breaks, then look toward the 87.8K–88K area.
But if 85.3K effectively breaks down and the retest fails to reclaim, then the script needs to change. The liquidity around 84K could become the next stop.
So right now I’m not guessing long or short—I’m just waiting for price to “show the direction” itself.
