Frank is continuously buying EDEL again, and this transaction is currently up by $94,500.
On October 5, according to Lookonchain monitoring, well-known trader Frank has been continuously buying EDEL since October 1. He has cumulatively spent $191,000 to buy 5.7 million EDEL. At present, his holdings are worth about $285,600, with an unrealized profit of approximately $94,500.
With $191,000 in principal, he is currently floating nearly 50%, and the short-term performance really is strong. More importantly, he isn’t buying all at once—he’s been adding to the position over time. This will further strengthen market attention and copy-trading sentiment.
However, it’s also worth noting that a well-known trader buying does not necessarily mean EDEL will keep rising. Low market-cap tokens can be extremely volatile: they can pump quickly, and pullbacks can happen just as fast. Once Frank stops buying—or even starts withdrawing/transfering out—market sentiment could reverse rapidly.
Next, the focus is on two signals: whether Frank continues to add to his position, and whether EDEL’s trading volume can keep expanding.
If he continues to add and volume increases, there’s a possibility the trend continues; but if he stops buying and the price starts to drop while volume rises, you should be on alert for profit-taking.
My take is that Frank’s trade has already created decent paper gains, but it’s better to treat it as a signal of market attention rather than something to blindly follow. Especially for strong small-cap coins, when chasing price action you must control your position size.
Do you think Frank is laying the groundwork in advance, or is this wave already close to the point where profits are being realized?
