In the first 149 large wallets, holdings surged to about 108.5 billion DOGE, directly setting a new all-time high.

Many people think $DOGE is still trading at low levels, but in fact it’s in the $0.09 to $0.10 range, and the whales are continuously draining liquid supply. On the chart, the price at $0.095 has firmly held above the 50-day and 200-day moving averages, and the distance between the two averages is gradually widening.

The two moving averages have turned upward, and big holders have once again bought out new holding highs within an extremely tight range. What retail traders think is a boring sideways consolidation is, in essence, the end stage of accumulation—where large capital takes away the float.
