$MU I really can’t stand this chart anymore. At 1077.02, in the past 24 hours it only moved 0.65 points. The range was from 1065.71 to 1077.8—when you do the math, it doesn’t even add up to 1%. Trading volume is 32.2M, and the heat is lukewarm at best.

$MU is a memory chip, not the kind of asset like gold or crude oil that trades purely on sentiment. Once the cycle for DRAM and HBM starts trending upward, it can truly deliver on earnings. Having an asset like this trade 7x24 on-chain is, in essence, giving up the price-discovery rights that would otherwise happen after-hours in the US stock market. In this stagnant, barely-moving state—plainly speaking—the market hasn’t yet decided whether to bet on the next round of storage price increases.

My take: For a stock like $MU , if it stays in a tight sideways range above 1070, it’s either waiting for the next confirmation of the HBM orders, or the funds are first moving to trade something hotter. 32.2M in turnover can’t support a big move, but as long as it doesn’t break below the 1065 line, my bias is still slightly upward. This memory cycle hasn’t finished yet—don’t get shaken out by this little bit of volatility.
