The 3.8 million dollars stolen by NEAR Intents has been 100% fully refunded.

In the early hours of today, the head of NEAR Intents, Alex, issued a 48-hour final ultimatum to the hacker on Twitter. The first line was “We have identified you, sir.” He also provided a refund address and said that the hacker was more aware than most people of how the vulnerability disclosure process should be handled.

A few hours after the ultimatum was issued, the hacker first sent a small test payment using the stolen address, leaving behind a piece of Input data on-chain. Then, all funds were returned in full.

With this matter resolved, the whole episode on $NEAR can be considered closed.
