Analysis of $QNT
Currently it is very bearish, with a CVD increasingly controlled by the sellers and with liquidity in the lower areas—so that liquidity is around where it ends near 235–245. That’s why you need to be attentive to a possible trend change.
Bearish scenario: in a bearish scenario, the price will fall slowly and continuously while the OI rises and the CVD keeps dropping more and more. In this case, I would expect it to move into the range of about $50–80.
Bullish scenario: in a bullish scenario, the price should take the liquidity around 240 in order to try to break structure, while the OI rises and the CVD is again controlled by buyers. This move is probably going to be very strong and fast—something that could last a few hours, reaching in the best case around $500, and in the most likely case around $350.
The pattern can be interpreted in many ways, but those are, I think, the most reasonable for now. I’m still bearish, with my SL in profit, waiting for the liquidity to be taken.
