So rich that it’s at this level—yet they’re still lying in bed replying to messages, and even take a Nissan to pick people up?

Recently I saw online shares of photos from a New York Times visit to CZ’s residence in Abu Dhabi, and it’s actually a bit different from what I’d pictured the life of a billionaire would be like.
CZ is lying there using a computer; in the children’s room there are all kinds of things; and the “first sister” is still in a meeting. According to the account, when the reporter went, CZ even personally drove a Nissan SUV to the hotel to pick the person up.
Looking at all these scenes, it doesn’t really feel like a rich-lifestyle blockbuster. Instead, it looks a lot like the everyday life of an ordinary family.
Of course, a few photos can’t explain everything. But suddenly I feel that once you’re rich enough, life may not be more comfortable by hundreds of times.
The phones and computers we use might be the same models as theirs. They eat well and live comfortably—but many things don’t require a billionaire’s fortune to have.
So I’m even more curious: if they’re already this rich, why do they still have the energy to keep working? If it were me, I’d probably already be thinking about traveling everywhere and sleeping until I wake up naturally.
What exactly they’re doing all this for—only they know. Maybe they like it. Maybe they won’t admit defeat. Or maybe they genuinely want to build Binance into the kind of place they want.
I used to think working relentlessly was for the day you could finally stop working. But now I realize some people could have already stopped, yet they still want to keep going.
