$PUMP has a bullish H1 structure—but buying beside the highs is chasing, not confirmation.
Three reasons for the bullish bias:
• The latest closed candle reclaimed the 0.006421 swing high: confirmed bullish BOS.
• The 03 Oct 16:00 and 18:00 UTC expansion candles carried 3.29x and 2.75x the preceding 20-hour average volume.
• The pullback held a higher low at 0.006202 and partially filled the 0.006200–0.006241 bullish imbalance before price recovered.

Wyckoff: developing markup/SOS-like behavior, not a confirmed accumulation sequence. The H1 range detector found no stable current range. SMC favors continuation; the 0.006486 high remains overhead buy-side liquidity. Latest BOS volume was only 0.82x average, so don't confuse a structural break with strong participation.
Conditional LONG map:
Trigger: H1 close above 0.006421—confirmed.
Entry: 0.006200–0.006241 ONLY after a fresh retest rejects lower prices and preserves bullish structure.
SL: 0.006170, below the local protected 0.006202 low.
TP1: 0.006421 (3.97R).
TP2: 0.006486 (5.26R).
R:R uses entry midpoint 0.0062205; these are existing liquidity levels, not invented price targets.

BULLISH BIAS — NO ENTRY YET.
At check, price was 0.006484: about 4.24% above entry midpoint, already beside TP2. No fresh post-trigger retest has occurred. Do not buy the breakout or chase this extension.
Invalidation: an H1 close below 0.006202 cancels this local bullish map.
What would make a return to this imbalance a convincing retest rather than a failing pullback?
