Has liquidity begun returning to alternative coins?

Today’s market data points to a notable move, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that an "Altseason" has started.

Bitcoin is moving near $84,800, while Ethereum is near $2,690; at the same time, some altcoins have seen much stronger gains.

The highlights today:
LayerZero (ZRO) rose by more than 14% over the past 24 hours, while major coins like SOL and XRP moved by far smaller percentages.

What’s interesting is that the rise of some altcoins alongside Bitcoin’s stabilization could be a sign that part of the liquidity is shifting toward higher-risk assets.

But there’s an important difference:

A rally in a limited number of coins ≠ the start of Altseason.

To confirm an altcoin season, we need to see broader participation, higher trading volumes, and improved performance from a larger number of coins relative to Bitcoin.

So don’t chase the rally just because you’re seeing a big green percentage.
