South Korea is preparing to move securities to blockchain in 2027
From February 2027, the country will begin implementing rules for the tokenization of shares, bonds, and other financial assets.
The idea is to shift part of the traditional market on-chain, so trading, asset custody, and settlement can work through blockchain infrastructure.
