Hit KTAR / CryptoNews: Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) issues a temporary stop order against a “stablecoin” seller—targeting Christopher Michael Maxon and his IVT Media Group LLC—for allegedly issuing and selling unregistered securities in the state.

Hard numbers: the so-called three-phase packaged sale of Iron Vault Tokens (IV-$SOL ), royalty positions, and real-estate acquisition return claims to offer risk-free, permanently generating yields, originally set to begin on October 1. The ACC also highlighted background not stated in public materials: from around 2005, approximately $15,000 in withheld debt obligations; at least five people complained that he and his two cash businesses had swindled them; in 2022–2023, about $300,000 in New York and about $553,500 in Arizona were awarded against debtors.

Regulators are also seeking a permanent injunction, investor restitution, and administrative penalties. Case number S-21423A-26-0421.

“Risk-free stablecoins + ICO” — the state has already taken action.
