The money in the circle has changed the play: nobody’s fighting over minute-level K-lines anymore—all of it is now about doing business calculated “by the year.”

The most typical case is BTC. ETF funds driven by BlackRock are still flowing in. Analysts have already interpreted this inflow as a long-term bullish signal, with their eyes directly fixed on the 2028 halving cycle. In plain terms, institutions won’t spend money to call trades for two years later, but they’re willing to position their exposure on the cycle. That posture can’t be faked. If, one day, the inflow really stops, I’ll be the first to take a slap in the face—but for now, this is the hardest clue in the whole room.

The information front just got a heavy upgrade. Bloomberg has put a stablecoin dashboard onto its terminal, covering a market size of $300 billion, with on-chain data refreshing hourly. USDT and USDC—the two major players—are now being watched by traditional finance as it monitors their in-and-out flows every hour. This means stablecoins are no longer just a self-entertainment thing for insiders; institutional risk controls are already checking it trade by trade.

The entry path is also getting shorter in parallel. The X that Ma collected—now has a Cashtag market quote entry linked directly to broker feeds. Webull moves in early too, and once the discussion’s over, you can place orders right away. The road from talk to execution is getting straighter and straighter, and attention will flow to the smoothest path—Ma’s little dog’s treasury, which happens to be positioned right on that route.

The altcoin side is moving too. On the tokenized assets narrative, by late September, there were views pointing to HYPE at $115. Whether it hits that number or not is another matter—the direction has already been rehearsed once over and over.

Big money is laying the groundwork and buying the cycle. The “water content” in short-term skirmishing is actually the least urgent. Next, watch one thing: which other institution will follow and press the chips onto “2028.”
