[Up 49% SUI, and the exact same script as that coin in 2017]

I get it. I’ve seen this in 2017.

Back then, there was also a coin that had dropped nearly 80% from its peak, and then started a continuous surge. Market sentiment flipped from absolute despair to “This time it’s different” in an instant. In the groups, people began posting screenshots of profits, others were shouting “What are you waiting for?” FNG climbed like crazy. At that time, I sat in front of my computer, watching it rally three times from the lows, and my heart itched—feeling worse than losing money.

Then what happened? Most of those people later became my “seniors.”

That’s exactly where SUI is right now. Up 4.6% in 24 hours, up 49.4% in 30 days. FNG 67, weekly average 71. The numbers are right here—I won’t say more. You judge for yourself.

The key isn’t how much it’s up, it’s how it’s rising—continuous buy orders with expanding volume, trading volume surging unusually, and it’s closing in on the 1.22 resistance level. What does that mean? It means someone is accumulating, and it also means someone wants to get out. It’s just a hair’s breadth away.

But what I really want to say is something else: aside from the price going up, have you thought about what business logic is behind this SUI rebound? Is it because real on-chain demand has kicked in, or is it simply money rotating due to market sentiment? If it’s the latter, the more aggressively it rises, the harder it will crash.

I’m not here to bash this SUI project. I’m reminding you: when the greed index starts climbing, when people in the group start posting again, and when your hands start itching, you shouldn’t ask “Can I still get in?”—you should ask yourself “If it starts pulling back 20% tomorrow, can I handle it?”

Have you managed your position properly? Have you set your stop loss? Or are you planning to go all-in like I did back in 2021—saying “This time it’s different” with your mouth, and putting your whole bag on the line?

Honestly, after writing this, I’m also a bit itchy. But this time, I really didn’t get in.

What about you? What’s your mindset right now? Are you brave enough to chase this rally—or have you already prepared to hedge the risk?
