A few days ago I published this trade on $DASH when I was in profit.
I went LONG at $66.47 with 5× leverage. The price went on to surpass $73 and, at that moment, everything seemed to be going in my favor.
Today the story is different.
DASH corrected strongly and my position is in the red. I could simply wait and repost only if I recover… but that wouldn’t show the reality of trading.
A trade isn’t judged only when it’s green.
Now comes probably the most important part: risk management, observing the market structure, and being patient without confusing patience with blind hope.
My scenario still includes a recovery over the next few days. My goal is for the price to return to my entry zone and, if the market allows it, close this trade in profit.
Will it happen? I don’t know.
The market has no obligation to agree with me.
That’s why I also want to document this part of the journey. If I recover, we’ll see how the trade played out. And if I don’t, there will also be something to learn.
Because showing gains is easy.
