【10.4 Early-Morning Recap|Crypto Circle 24-Hour Highlights】

Late-night roundup of several high-impact updates 👇

1️⃣ Blast officially shuts down: Blast, an Ethereum L2 that had previously attracted Paradigm investment and whose peak scale once reached $2.2 billion, announced it is closing. Assets have plunged 98% from their peak, and operating costs have already exceeded revenue. Bybit will delist the $BLAST contract today—holders, please take note!

2️⃣ BlackRock continues to accumulate: IBIT added roughly $196 million worth of Bitcoin yesterday; over the past month, net purchases totaled $1.57 billion. Institutions have quietly added to positions during the 84K consolidation range.

3️⃣ SEC approves the first batch of 3x leveraged Bitcoin/Ethereum ETPs, with versions also covering gold, silver, crude oil, and natural gas. Two years ago, the SEC was still in court with Grayscale—how quickly regulation pivots is startling.

4️⃣ South Korea officially announces that from February 2027, it will move a $5 trillion stock market on-chain. KSD will build the infrastructure based on $AVAX , and RWA has once again received national-level endorsement.

Recap viewpoint: The L2 reshuffle is eliminating inefficient projects, while institutions and sovereign regulators are actually accelerating their entry. In a split market, choosing the right assets at the right time matters more.
