$BTC rejected at $87K — but I wouldn’t call this bearish yet.
Bitcoin pushed as high as $87.4K before sellers stepped in, and this level is clearly turning into a serious resistance zone.
But looking at the chart, there’s something important here: BTC didn’t completely fall apart after the rejection. Price is still consolidating above the bigger moving averages, while buyers are trying to hold the short-term structure.
For me, $87K–$87.4K is the real test now.
A clean break and hold above that area would make the next move much more interesting. Until then, every push into $87K can still face selling pressure.
On the downside, I’m watching $84K first, followed by roughly $82.5K if the pullback gets deeper.
So right now I’m not reading this as a confirmed reversal — BTC is simply stuck under resistance.
Let’s see who wins the next test: buyers or the $87K sellers.
