The four most dangerous words in crypto: “It looks pretty stable.”
Seeing that FHE has a 17% APY, my first reaction wasn’t “get on board quickly”—it was to ask one question first: who exactly is paying that 17%?
If we put short-term returns aside, the real reason FHE deserves long-term attention is that it’s getting involved in a huge future narrative: FHE × AI Agent × Privacy × RWA × DeFi.
One of the biggest awkward things with traditional blockchains is “transparency.” Assets, transactions, and data can all be verified—but if business strategy, AI decisions, and sensitive data are all laid out in the open, companies may actually be afraid to use it for real.
FHE—full homomorphic encryption—what it aims to solve is really interesting: data can stay encrypted, yet computations can still be performed.
Simply put, ZK is more like: “I can prove I did it right, but I won’t tell you the answer.”
FHE is more like: “You can’t see the data, but I can still use it to compute.” This could be extremely important for future AI agents.
Imagine that, in the future, AI agents can buy data on their own, rent GPUs, pay for services, and execute transactions—without needing to fully disclose their strategies and sensitive data.
At that point, FHE wouldn’t just be a “privacy concept” anymore—it could become a foundational layer of the AI economy.
And the FCN–FHE Consensus and FDN–FHE Decryption shown in the picture also make me want to dig into how the underlying nodes, verification, rewards, and token demand actually form a closed loop.
But don’t get too excited yet.
Technology has a story, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the token has value.
What really matters is whether we can see in the future:
FHE usage ↑
AI agent usage ↑
Real transactions ↑
Developers ↑
Enterprise adoption ↑
Token demand ↑
At the same time, you also have to deal with token unlocking, supply expansion, and market competition.
So my take on FHE is very simple:
Don’t buy just because it’s offering 17% APY. Instead, it’s worth putting on the long-term watchlist because it may sit at the intersection of “AI + privacy.”
If FHE really becomes an important underlying layer for AI agents, RWA, and confidential DeFi in the future, what people see today might not be a 17% APY, but rather a brand-new track that’s still being built early on.
Here’s the question: do you think the next big storyline will be AI, RWA, or “AI + FHE privacy computing”?
