Odaily Planet Daily News Musk asked a U.S. judge on Friday to dismiss a $258 billion class action lawsuit filed against him by DOGE investors. In a filing in Manhattan federal court, lawyers for Musk and his electric car company Tesla (TSLA.O) called the lawsuit filed by DOGE investors against Musk's "harmless and often stupid tweets" a "fantasy novel." The lawyers said investors never explained how Musk intended to deceive anyone or what risks he concealed. Musk's statements such as "Dogecoin Rulz" and "No highs, no lows, only DOGE" were too vague to support allegations of fraud. (Reuters)
