Saw it on CoinDesk: CryptoJobsList’s data shows crypto recruiting is hot again—September roles jumped from July’s 382 to 1,241, up by more than triple; August already reached 886—not just the post-summer-break rush.
The contrast is on the applicant side: in July there were about 25,700 applications, which dropped to under 20,000 in September. The companies hiring grew from about 107 in July to about 125 in September; with more openings, resumes haven’t kept up.
In the openings list, finance, engineering, and trading rank at the top. Stablecoins, AI, security, and compliance also made it into the top ten; for blockchain skills, the most frequently named are still Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
First half was rather cool; Q4 brought noticeably bigger openings, but it seems specialists are getting tighter.
