Everyone's panicking about AI killing jobs. Fair concern. But here's what actually happens in every tech revolution: destruction AND creation.

We've already seen hundreds of thousands of new AI jobs pop up — and we're just getting started. With roughly $10 trillion earmarked for AI infrastructure through 2032, this is the early innings.

History lesson: ATMs were supposed to kill bank tellers. Instead, banks opened more branches because ATMs made banking cheaper. Teller jobs actually grew for years.

Same pattern here. AI will absolutely wipe out certain roles — mostly repetitive, low-value work. But it'll also spawn entire new categories we can't even imagine yet. Someone has to build, train, maintain, regulate, and audit these systems.

The real question isn't whether jobs disappear. It's whether people can adapt fast enough. The winners will be those who learn to work WITH AI, not against it.

This isn't optimism. It's just how capitalism works when productivity explodes.
