Binance's 24-hour money flow view splits volume into three size buckets, and right now two of them disagree with the third.
Large orders show a net inflow of +1.00M SHELL (19.21% of total volume), and medium orders show +1.51M (29.68% of volume). Small orders, which make up the largest share at 51.12% of volume, show a net outflow of -5.63M. The two smaller-share buckets are both positive; the largest-share bucket is sharply negative, and it's the one pulling the total net flow to -3.11M.
