BTC has already moved up to a higher level, yet the overall liquidity level of altcoins is still pinned to where BTC was at $75,000.

After enduring a full three to five years of a declining cycle, and with the phase-based bottoms already formed, prices still remain severely lagging. Many people think that if altcoins can’t keep up, it’s basically game over—but after years of repeated grind-down, the remaining downward selling pressure is actually very limited. The bottom’s formation can’t fool anyone for long.

As Bitcoin moves higher, altcoins are still bottoming out at low levels. This extreme disconnect cannot last indefinitely. The severe lagging that’s being heavily suppressed right now is precisely the hardest “catch-up” support point in the second half.
