$ETH Yesterday saw a huge intra-day surge. After the U.S. stock market opened, it began a sharp pullback. What should we do next???

Sweeties, how was your performance yesterday??? At the beginning, the Tang Master kept emphasizing “go long on pullbacks.” The short-term trade we took yesterday also grabbed a wave. But after U.S. stocks opened last night, the market started pulling back—what’s going on here???

The Tang Master will explain briefly: last night’s Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) data was favorable—everyone knows that. Combined with the current trend, the point is this: the market priced in the good data in advance. Because of that, during the day it kept rising intraday. Then, at 20:30 when the data was actually released, the impact was relatively small. It even failed to break through the prior high (2779).

Once the U.S. market opened, the price first made a small upward push to attract retail investors chasing the highs. After the market digested the NFP data, the trend started to weaken, and the bears began to take control. This is simply the principle: “good news landing is bad news.” It’s that straightforward—when the market has already priced in expectations in advance, the up-and-down move starts playing out ahead of time.

At around 2:00 a.m., #以太 had a lowest wick down to the 2647 area. This selloff and that low appear to have started showing signs of bottoming and stabilizing. However, the rebound momentum is insufficient. Also, with the weekend and China’s National Day holiday coming up, there’s not enough market capital and liquidity is relatively poor. It’s suggested to stay in cash (no position) and observe for now—rest well and “let it go” without forcing a trade.

For later actions, the trading ideas should center on going long near support around 2650. Targets look at 2700/2750. Put the stop-loss near the new low—if it breaks below, don’t stubbornly hold.

I’m the Tang Master. When I take action, something big is coming!
