Can you still chase SAND? Honestly, this move is just the market maker pulling the price up—don’t chase.
The main market $BTC is only down 2%, but $SAND somehow surged 76% to 0.08157. This isn’t something retail traders could do. SAND’s fundamentals haven’t changed at all—no major partnerships, no product upgrades, no ecosystem positives. 86 million in volume got dumped in, and what you got was a huge spike. I’ve seen this kind of chart too many times: the market maker uses the broader market’s pullback to shake out the bears, then raises the price to distribute.
I sold my SAND around 0.046. I missed the second half, but I won’t get greedy in this kind of market. The meme coin / game coin sector currently has zero fundamental support. When sentiment is at a peak and you chase in, chances are you end up buried.
And about NFP—it's down 65% to 0.00181. Don’t touch this either. A drop of more than 50% isn’t a pullback; it’s either a liquidity problem from the project team or they’re simply cashing out and dumping. A 2.24% BTC pullback wouldn’t be enough to make alts fall this hard—this is purely panic liquidation and stop-loss orders getting swept.
My take: SAND still has at most 10–15% upside, but it could also dump at any moment like a waterfall. VANRY is down 37% too. With smaller coins, liquidity is already thin—once they dip, it turns into a stampede.
Is it the tail end of the meme season—are you still going to rush in?
