I got a stock at noon—one of those that was being pulled hard, green so bright it was blinding. Everyone in the group was shouting to go for it. I hesitated for a long time, but still chased it in.

Less than ten minutes after I bought, it started moving downward. I stared at the screen, watching it slowly slide from above the line I entered, all the way down to the ground beneath my feet.

Now I’m hanging off the mountaintop. The wind’s pretty strong, but no one’s coming up to keep me company.
