Circle is putting pressure to change the rules for stablecoins in Europe.
The issuing company of $USDC le has asked the European Commission for more flexibility.
They say that current requirements for bank deposits and concentration limits leave out the biggest stablecoins on the market.
Basically, they want the rules to be adjusted more to global reality.
