BITCOIN ETFS ARE RISING AGAIN WHILE ALTCOINS HAVE LOST DIRECTION.

October started off quite briskly for Bitcoin ETFs, with inflows back in positive territory—more than $102 million after a strong third quarter. Total net assets there have already surpassed $109 billion. The Fear and Greed Index has dipped slightly, but it still confidently remains in the “greed” zone.

At the same time, the situation with altcoins looks ambiguous. Spot Ethereum ETFs continue to lose funds, recording an outflow of nearly $55 million and extending a streak of declines for already three days. Solana ETFs also show capital outflows. However, the XRP instrument unexpectedly pleased with an inflow of about $4 million.

It’s interesting to watch how capital moves between assets. While Bitcoin is steadily attracting institutions, investors in Ethereum and Solana have chosen to take a pause. Let’s see whether altcoins will pick up the move in the coming days, or whether Bitcoin will continue to grab all the attention. What do you think about how the month is starting like this?
