Rivian said third-quarter vehicle deliveries rose 46% year over year and confirmed its 2026 full-year delivery guidance of 65,000 to 70,000 vehicles. According to Sina Finance, the electric vehicle maker delivered 19,248 vehicles in the July-September period, compared with 13,201 a year earlier, topping FactSet's average analyst estimate of 18,000.
Rivian had raised its full-year delivery guidance earlier this year to the 65,000 to 70,000 range. To meet that target, the company would need fourth-quarter deliveries to rise at least 20.5% from the third quarter to 23,193 vehicles.
The company said delivery growth was supported by continued production ramp-up of its entry-level R2 SUV. R2 launched earlier this year and is positioned below the flagship R1 SUV as a smaller and lower-priced model.
