What does it mean for a cryptocurrency to have low liquidity?

💧 Liquidity = the ease of buying or selling without moving the price too much.

Example:
🟢 High liquidity
You buy $1,000 → the price changes very little.
🔴 Low liquidity
You buy $1,000 → you can cause a significant price move.

📌 Why does it matter?
