MAGMA: first shake out, then try the upper range—I’m watching 0.271
Over the next 1–4 hours, I’m more inclined to expect MAGMA to first consolidate, then attempt the upper range. My first reference level is at 0.271. The small timeframe and the larger timeframe haven’t aligned yet, so I’ll follow a path of repeated probing and testing first. Looks like there’s a chance, but I’ll keep the champagne in the fridge.😏
MAGMA’s current price is about 0.26752 USDT, up 33.86% over the past 24 hours. It has retraced 1.28% from the high of the window. Pullbacks and strengthening can coexist, so I care more about whether the most recent closes are lifting, rather than extrapolating the prior upside directly.
📊 Figure 1|1-hour as of Beijing 22:00: the close is still within the range of the latest 20 bars. The MA20 has lifted over the most recent 3 candles, and the close is above it. Volume is 1.36 times the average of the latest 20 bars—this position change is supported by volume.
🔎 Figure 2|MAGMA 15-minute as of Beijing 22:15: the close is above the MA20, but volume is only 0.47x the average. The MA20 is still moving downward. The smaller timeframe hasn’t aligned with the main thesis yet, so it’s more likely to stay choppy first rather than march all the way to the reference level.
→ Main scenario: the pullback doesn’t break below 0.243221; I still lean toward testing up at 0.271. The reference level comes from an already-formed range boundary. When it gets close, I’ll watch for pausing and retracement first, rather than assuming it will simply pass through.
⚠️ If, in the following 1 hour, the close falls back below 0.243221, this bullish view would be invalid, and we’d shift to the possibility of returning to 0.21622 on the other side. If it only briefly taps that area via a wick, I’ll wait for the close. If there’s no progress beyond the time window mentioned above, I also need to review fresh data.
💬 Do you think it’s better to probe upward first, or that rebounds are likely to give back quickly? Also tell me which piece of evidence on the chart makes you think that.
There’s a MAGMA market entry below, so you can compare it with the ranges on the chart.
