Crowd sentiment toward Ethereum (ETH) and XRP (XRP) has turned negative as October begins, with bearish comments now outnumbering bullish ones across major social platforms. According to BeInCrypto, Santiment said ETH’s bullish-to-bearish ratio fell to 0.89, its lowest since June 7, while XRP dropped to 0.67, its weakest since August 17. Bitcoin sentiment remained positive at 1.37. Santiment said the pessimism could be a contrarian signal, but added it does not guarantee an immediate bounce.
