BTC—this move from 83,000 all the way to 86,300 has left me a bit baffled.
Just a couple of days ago, people were out there cursing; these past two days, 70% of the entire network is in the green. SOL pushed straight to 122, up 4%. Ethereum also bounced back to around 2,740. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index is 72, which places it back in the greed zone—meaning people’s hearts are heating up again.
The key is the data: Binance’s stablecoin inflow has risen by more than 40% compared to the low point. The big whales’ money is moving back. This kind of thing usually doesn’t lie—funds enter first, and the price follows. BTC trading volume is 15.4 billion, and the momentum matches.
But don’t get too excited yet. BTC at 86,300 is right up against the previous high’s trapped-holder area. If it really wants to break through, we’ll need to see whether it can hold above 87,000. If it can’t hold, it’ll likely be a false move, then it’ll shake things out again. I’ll be watching the 84,500 line myself; if the pullback doesn’t break it, I’ll look toward 88,000. If it breaks, I’ll step aside for now.
This whale return—doesn’t it just mean they’re not simply switching to their other account and going long on a whim, right?
